We offer a full-service bar and catering service. We will have a consultation to create your ideal food and beverage menu. At this time you are also welcome to bring in your own catering service if preferred.
Can we have our ceremony on the dock?
Yes. The private dock is one of our most requested ceremony spots. Ask about setup and guest standing room during your tour.
What if the weather turns?
Our 8,000-square-foot indoor ballroom works for ceremonies and receptions when rain or heat makes an outdoor event uncomfortable. Many couples plan an outdoor ceremony with the ballroom as backup.
Is parking included?
Yes. Guests park on site at no extra charge, which helps when you are bringing people in from Richmond, Colonial Heights, or out of town.
Do you offer catering and a bar?
We offer on-site bar and catering options. Outside catering may be permitted per venue policy. We will walk through menu choices during planning.
How far are you from Richmond?
Sunset Cove is in Prince George, roughly 30 minutes from Richmond depending on traffic. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is about 19 miles away.
